Psychodynamic Organizational Consulting
My work as a psychodynamic consultant focuses on the people and culture of organizations. As a consultant I apply my expertise on human experience and behavior within the organizational context. I work to understand the complex psychological underpinnings of organizational issues, ranging from individual leadership performance and succession planning to team effectiveness and culture change. My work aims to help you better understand your organization as a whole, to provide interventions that are practical and specific, and to support better leadership and management practices.
Psychodynamic interventions are based on rigorous attention to the psychological life of your organization. My consultations typically begin with an extended conversation with the organization’s senior leadership, followed by a series of confidential interviews with relevant members of the organization. Consultation may continue as long as is useful and can be terminated at any point.
